The Generator’s second location is based on the beautiful Exeter Quay, with stunning views and great atmosphere.
The Generator • Quay House is a modern office in a characterful, historic open plan space in Kings Wharf (near the Waterfront Bar). It is on the 3rd floor of the Wharf, including a high spec all glass conference space, designer furniture, and decking area with knock out views of the quay (Friday beers will never be the same again!).
The new office space has a professional vibe but keeps The Generator way of working – community and collaboration.

Access
Access can be gained from the water edge, between The Waterfront Bar and Saddles and Paddles.
Prices
Quay House Flexible Hot-Desking – This will give you 24hr access to the space but you will not be able to leave anything on the desks. Price = £200 plus VAT (per calendar month)
Quay House Dedicated Desk – You will have a desk to call your own. You will be able to leave your equipment on the desk and access the space at anytime. Price = £250 plus VAT (per calendar month)
